Job DescriptionAbout the Role:R&R Rubber Molding Inc is looking for a skilled Maintenance technician to join our team in South El Monte, CA! Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment failures
- Repair and maintain rubber molding presses, molds, and related production equipment
- Conduct facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work order documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety standards
Requirements:
- Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Experience with welding, fabrication, or machine repair is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
