What You’ll Do:
- Work alongside experienced maintenance leads on a variety of property maintenance tasks and projects
- Perform repairs and maintenance including painting, drywall, basic plumbing, and general handyman work
- Travel to job sites across the Dayton area as needed – reliable personal transportation is required
- Complete all work efficiently and to a high standard of quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at every property
What We’re Looking For:
- Some knowledge of maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall, and basic plumbing – experience is a strong plus but not required for entry-level candidates
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license – you’ll be traveling between properties daily
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and take direction from experienced leads
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Dependable and self-motivated – someone who takes pride in doing the job right
