Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to maintain cleanliness standards in a commercial setting
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures on surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure health and safety compliance
• Use appropriate cleaning detergents and cleaning equipment safely and effectively for various tasks such as carpet cleaning & surface sanitation
• Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all tools are in good working condition for optimal performance
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service at all times

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial or custodial roles with strong attention to detail
• Will train the a motivated individual to complete all tasks
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning techniques, carpet cleaning is helpful but not required
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and proper use of cleaning equipment including vacuums
• Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
• Excellent client communication skills to understand needs and deliver personalized service
• Ability to adapt quickly to different environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• MUST speak English
