Winterwood, Inc., a family-owned property management company with 45 years of experience, is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join our team in Louisville, KY. This role plays a key part in leasing and marketing efforts, helping to ensure that occupancy goals are consistently met.

We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and tech-savvy, with a strong interest in housing and community engagement.

Position Details:

  • Properties:
    • Shively Apartments: 3105 Clinton Place, Louisville, KY 40216 (97 units)
    • Marian Manor: 3391 Young Avenue, Louisville, KY 40211 (24 units)
    • St. Matthias Senior Housing: 2206 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40211 (20 units)
  • Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Work Schedule:
    • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • One year of experience in housing or apartment leasing.
  • Proficient with computers and common software tools.
  • Strong marketing and social media skills to promote the property.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team-oriented attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to Lexington, KY for training.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Essential Functions:

  • Assume responsibility for the leasing process and effectively market the property.
  • Show available units to prospective residents.
  • Assist in projecting upcoming move-outs to quickly fill units and maintain target occupancy.
  • Screen applicants to determine eligibility.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with leasing guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate tenant files.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
