We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to clean and maintain our community amenity facilities.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
3 hours per day | 9 hours per week
The position offers flexible working hours. However, during the first week of training, the schedule will be 9:00 AM–12:00 PM.
Responsibilities include:
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Cleaning common areas and amenity spaces
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies
• Cleaning glass, doors, and high-touch areas
• Reporting maintenance concerns or damaged items
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

• Comfortable following a cleaning checklist

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a small, flexible part-time schedule of approximately 9 hours per week.
