Casselman Healthcare in Meyersdale, PA is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Director to oversee facility operations and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:
- Complete daily work orders, room turnovers, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure all facility systems and equipment are properly maintained and repaired
- Coordinate maintenance projects
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues proactively
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies- weekend on-call responsibilities
- Collaborate with other departments to support smooth daily operations
- Maintain maintenance and life safety records
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including high and low voltage systems
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC and equipment repair
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills ( outlook, word, excel)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
