Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor 3rd Shift to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.
Responsibilities:
- Manager communication both verbally and written to leadership timely.
- Responsible for a team of technicians ensuring that they are closing jobs and completing the work in scope.
- Responsible for review and approve time off in systems
- Understanding of quality metrics and reporting
- Developing a culture of team environment
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance
- Working with unions or managing a union environment
- Can use handheld tools
- AC/Electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to have hard conversations professionally and hold team members accountable
