We are looking for a Grounds Technician to help maintain the outdoor spaces of our senior living community and keep them clean, safe, and welcoming for the residents and guests. This is a hands-on role where you will work outdoors every day, stay active, and take pride in keeping the community looking its best. We provide a vibrant and welcoming environment for residents across 226 homes on 60 beautiful acres.
What You Will Do:
- Preform occasional routine landscaping including mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal cleanup
- Keep common areas, sidewalks, and parking areas clean and free of debris
- Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through pruning and general care
- Remove and replace shrubs and trees as needed
- Assist with snow removal and ice control during winter months
- Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Support outdoor event setup and general community needs
- Identify and report safety concerns or maintenance needs
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is strongly preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to safely operate basic landscaping equipment

- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor
