We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor / Cleaner & Technician Helper to maintain a pristine environment while supporting technical operations. This role is essential in ensuring both cleanliness and operational efficiency, combining hands-on facility care with assistance in technical tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning & Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of all workspaces, offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to high standards
- Dispose of waste and manage recycling processes
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and hygiene materials
- Perform routine inspections to ensure a safe and orderly environment
Technician Support
- Assist technicians with basic tools, equipment handling, and setup
- Support minor repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks
- Organize and maintain tools, parts, and work areas
- Help transport equipment and materials as needed
- Follow instructions to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion
