Job Description
We are seeking a Janitorial Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Looking for someone who is motivated to keep a clean and professional environment for our clients we serve.
Hours will be evenings 5 days per week around 15hrs per week, after 4:00 pm. Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition</li>
<li>Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance tasks</li>
<li>Organize custodial closets and spaces</li>
<li>Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment</li>
<li>Floor care, Windows, organizational tasks, deliveries and other duties assigned</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields preferred but not needed</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
