Home Improvement/Remodeling/Property Maintenance company currently serving Naperville, Aurora & surrounding communities is seeking a Home Improvement Specialist to join our team. We are looking for skilled, friendly, professional individuals with a positive attitude & a desire to solve problems. Must be honest, trustworthy & punctual. Must maintain a high degree of workmanship, cleanliness, & communication/customer relations.

Experience needed in many aspects of Home Improvement & Remodeling. Items include: light plumbing & electric, drywall, rough & finish carpentry, painting, flooring, doors, windows, exterior/interior repairs. Must be flexible & willing to perform small jobs & also participate in larger projects. The right person should be able to work solo & also work well with other team members.

Must NOT be interested in "side work". If you are running your own business, by all means, do that. We encourage it! Serve YOUR Customers.
When working with us, our contractors work for our company & "poaching or stealing customers" will not be tolerated.

This is NOT a salary/employee position. This is a subcontractor (1099) opportunity & perfect to fill in your schedule. You must provide proof of liability & workers comp insurance. Reliable, clean transportation (truck or van preferred) with a clean driving record (with auto insurance) is necessary. Must have basic tools to handle most jobs. We will provide specialty tools as needed.

Currently, this position could be great to fill in 1-2 days of your week or it could become 40+ hours a week. We are flexible with our crew and the schedule.
