About Us
Pest Hunters – Mosquito Hunters is a locally owned and operated pest control company serving Southlake, Colleyville, North Richland Hills, Bedford, Euless, Westlake, and Grapevine. We help homeowners and businesses enjoy their yards and buildings again with mosquito, flea, tick, fire ant, rodent, general pest, and interior services.
We’re not just in the pest control business. We’re in the loyalty business. We build remarkable customer experiences for our neighbors, and we grow our teammates into leaders.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for someone to just punch a clock. We want someone with drive: a person who takes ownership of their work, looks for ways to improve, and wants to keep growing. If you’re the kind of person who notices what needs to be done and does it without being asked, we want to talk to you.
The Role
No experience is necessary. We’ll train you, pay for your Texas pest control license, and teach you everything you need to succeed in the field. You’ll spend your days outdoors, driving a company vehicle on your own route, and building relationships with the customers who keep us growing.
As our business grows, so do the opportunities. Team members who show initiative, master their craft, and lead by example will be first in line for more responsibility, including future leadership roles.
A Day in the Life
- Check your route in our mobile field app and head out in your company vehicle
- Walk each property, look for pest activity and breeding sites, and recommend the right treatment
- Treat for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, fire ants, rodents, and general pests
- Log each service in the app and leave customers a clear summary of what you did
- Find ways to help customers more and take part in sales initiatives
- Ask happy customers for Google reviews and referrals
What You’ll Earn
- $20–$25/hour on average. Pay is per treatment, so the more skilled and efficient you get, the more you earn.
- Company vehicle provided. We cover fuel and maintenance.
- Paid training and a paid Texas pest control license. We cover it.
- Bonus and commission opportunities
- Flexible scheduling
- Opportunities to take on more responsibility as you grow
- Real-world skills in sales, customer service, and team leadership
What You Need
- 18 or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 45 lbs and work outdoors in Texas weather
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- A strong work ethic and the ambition to keep moving forward
- A good attitude and a willingness to learn. We’ll teach you the rest.
You’ll Fit Right In If You’ve Worked In:
Pest control, lawn care, landscaping, home services, delivery driving, general labor, or the trades. You’ll also fit in if you’re a college student who wants to work outdoors and build real-world experience.
Ready to join the hunt and grow with us? Apply in a couple of minutes. We review every application and will reach out by text.
