StaffBright is currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician in the Streetsboro, OH area to join a growing manufacturing company and global Tier 1 supplier serving the automotive and industrial markets. If you have a strong maintenance background, enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, and can work independently to keep equipment running safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you!

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

What You Will Be Doing
\n
- \n
- Provide mechanical and electrical maintenance support throughout the facility.
- Troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Read blueprints, shop drawings, sketches, and work orders.
- Complete scheduled maintenance and routine equipment upkeep.
- Work independently while meeting maintenance schedules and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support daily operations.

What We Need From You
\n
- \n
- 2+ years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- High school diploma/GED preferred; craft apprenticeship preferred.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating a forklift/high-low.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.

- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience working with CNC or machining equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing experience in a team-oriented environment.
