Job Description
Currently seeking a dependable Groundskeeper for a large apartment community in the Churchland area of Portsmouth. The Groundskeeper is responsible for keeping the grounds of the property in an attractive condition. This is to include all common areas such as but not limited to breezeways, parking lots, trash receptacles, play areas, laundry facilities and pool area. 
Primary Duties include:
<ul>
<li>Remove all trash that is found on the property. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Dispose of cigarette butts.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Pick up trash around receptacles.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Empty trash in maintenance shop and laundry facilities.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Blow down the breezeways utilizing the company leaf blower. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Pressure wash the parking lot and/or breezeways.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Repair or replace exterior lighting.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Repair or replace any exterior fencing, gates and related items.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain the painting of curbs, speed bumps, handrails, lattice and any other related items.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Remove snow or ice.</li>
</ul>
