We're looking for a dedicated Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our premises and personnel while providing essential support to our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
As a member of the Security team, you will:
- Maintain a high-visibility presence to deter illegal and inappropriate activity.
- Monitor warehouse docks and control access to the building.
- Inspect packages of all individuals entering and leaving the premises.
- Conduct patrols of assigned areas and report any suspicious activity to management.
- Provide guidance and leadership during emergency situations.
- Interact professionally with all employees and visitors.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of stable work history in a security position.
- Certification: Must be a Level III certified Security Guard.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Professionalism: Expected to maintain a professional demeanor and interact cooperatively with all employees.
- Availability: Must be able to work a 10-hour or 12-hour shift as scheduled.
- Work Location: This is an onsite-only position.
