The On-Call Armed Security professional is responsible for protecting people, property, and premises by maintaining a visible presence and responding swiftly to security incidents. This role requires readiness to be deployed as needed, providing a reliable security presence during emergencies or high-risk situations.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to security calls and alerts on an on-call basis
- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or disturbance
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles
- Conduct security checks and inspections of property and personnel
- Intervene and manage incidents involving threats, disturbances, or unauthorized activities
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of security activities and incidents
- Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services as necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding firearm use
