Maintenance Technician Details:
- Direct Hire position
- $28.00 to $34.00 /annually
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)
- Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur
- Replace and repair motors, belts, bearings, sensors, and other components
- Complete maintenance records and work orders
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures and safety guidelines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
