<li>Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM</li>
</ul>
<p>Pay Rate:
<ul>
<li>$17.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.</li>
</ul>
<p>Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform general maintenance and repair tasks.</li>
<li>Complete routine inspections of the property.</li>
<li>Address basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests.</li>
<li>Assist with other maintenance duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous maintenance experience preferred.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.</li>
<li>Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.</li>
