A commercial real estate office in Walnut, CA is seeking a Real Estate Office Manager to lead sales activity, support agent development, and help drive long-term business growth. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a motivated real estate professional with 3 to 5 years of experience, strong leadership ability, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily sales team activity within a commercial real estate office environment.
- Develop market strategies to identify new business opportunities during peak and off-peak seasons.
- Create and execute customer acquisition strategies that support lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop real estate agents to improve individual and team performance.
- Build customer trust, improve client satisfaction, and strengthen long-term customer loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and sales results to support ongoing office growth.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range is $82,000 to $85,000 per year.
