Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Convert scheduled seller appointments into signed listing agreements
• Deliver effective listing presentations and secure new business
• Negotiate contracts and guide sellers through closing
• Build client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
• Manage leads, appointments, and transactions using CRM and team systems
• Guide sellers through the listing process and deliver an exceptional client experience
