Robert Half is looking for a welcoming and service-driven Leasing Agent to support a residential community. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents and prospects, managing front desk activity, and guiding applicants through each stage of the leasing cycle. The position blends customer-facing leasing responsibilities with administrative coordination and requires a detail-oriented approach in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents.
• Lead property tours, highlight community features, and provide accurate information about available units and pricing.
• Screen prospective residents, respond to inquiries, and move applicants through the leasing process with clear communication.
• Prepare leasing documents, process applications, and maintain complete and organized resident records.
• Coordinate move-in activities and help ensure a smooth transition for new residents from approval through occupancy.
• Deliver responsive service to residents by addressing questions, routing concerns, and supporting day-to-day front desk operations.
• Contribute to outreach and retention efforts by assisting with promotional activities and resident engagement initiatives.
• Stay informed on community availability, amenities, and policies to provide consistent and accurate guidance to prospects and residents.
• At least 1 year of experience in apartment leasing, property management, or a closely related customer service role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide detail-oriented front desk support, including greeting guests and handling inbound phone calls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused and approachable style.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy setting while maintaining accuracy and organization.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property management platforms quickly.
• Experience with Entrada is helpful, though not required for consideration.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
