Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
As a Real Estate Listing Agent, you’ll work with motivated sellers, convert listing opportunities into clients, and guide homeowners through a successful sale.
- Meet with motivated home sellers and guide them through the listing and selling process
- Conduct listing consultations and present pricing recommendations, marketing strategies, and next steps
- Build strong seller relationships and confidently ask for the business
- Manage seller leads, communication, and follow-up using CRM systems and proven sales processes
- Convert qualified listing opportunities into signed listing agreements and closed transactions
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
- Host team open houses and receive all leads generated from your hosted open house
- Keep your CRM, calendar, appointments, and sales pipeline organized to maximize follow-up and appointment flow
- Participate in weekly Academy training, coaching, and sales meetings to strengthen your skills and grow your production
Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated Real Estate Listing Agent who is ready to build their production, work with qualified sellers, and grow their real estate career.
- Active Real Estate License required
- Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems, real estate technology, and digital sales tools
- Organized, reliable, self-motivated, and accountable
- Coachable, team-oriented, and committed to a growth mindset
- Confident building relationships and asking for the business
- Prior listing or real estate sales experience is a plus, but not required
