Electrical Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, machinery, and electrical systems

Diagnose issues involving PLC controls, relay logic, motors, and machine controls

Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
-
Repair and maintain stamping presses, coilers, compressors, and other production machinery
-
Support facility maintenance including lighting, electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs
-
Assist with equipment installations, machine moves, and facility improvements
-
Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives
-
Promote a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
What We're Looking For

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
-
Experience with PLCs, relay logic, electrical troubleshooting, and machine repair
-
Knowledge of hydraulics, welding, machining, and mechanical systems
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
-
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documents
-
Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work throughout the shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery
