Hourly Pay: $32–$35/hour (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance professional to lead facility operations and ensure a safe, well-maintained environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, compliance, and proactive problem-solving within a healthcare or residential setting.

As the Maintenance Director, you’ll oversee day-to-day maintenance operations while planning ahead to prevent equipment failures, reduce downtime, and support uninterrupted resident care.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, schedule, and manage preventive, corrective, and project-based maintenance work

  • Ensure building systems and equipment remain compliant with all applicable codes and regulations

  • Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize impact on residents and daily operations

  • Develop and maintain maintenance policies, procedures, manuals, and equipment documentation

  • Track warranties, diagrams, inspections, and service records

  • Oversee maintenance work to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency

  • Prepare and submit reports, budgets, and expense documentation accurately and on time

  • Perform additional duties as needed to support facility operations

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or technical/vocational training preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, ideally in healthcare, residential, or regulated environments

  • Strong working knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and compliance requirements

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects, and lead maintenance operations independently

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly wage: $30–$34/hour, based on experience and qualifications
