About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a residential apartment community in Denver, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, completing repairs, turning apartments, and providing great service to residents.
The ideal candidate has experience in multifamily or property maintenance with strong skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical troubleshooting, appliance repair, drywall, and general carpentry.
What You'll Do
- Complete resident work orders and service requests in a timely manner
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, leaks, clogs, pipes, and fixtures
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on HVAC and electrical systems
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances
- Perform drywall, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Complete apartment turns and make-readies for new residents
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, common areas, grounds, and amenities
- Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance
- Coordinate with residents, vendors, and property management as needed
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning residential community
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of property, apartment, multifamily, or facilities maintenance experience
- Strong hands-on plumbing and fixture repair skills
- Working knowledge of HVAC, basic electrical, appliances, and general maintenance
- Experience with apartment turns/make-readies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize work orders and handle urgent maintenance requests
- Strong communication and resident/customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a maintenance team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
