About the Role:
APIS MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team in North Little Rock, AR. Responsibilities:

• Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of residential or commercial properties
• Assist with leasing activities including showings, applications, and lease signings
• Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure work orders are completed efficiently
• Assist with rent collection, posting payments, and following up on delinquent accounts
• Maintain accurate tenant records, files, and property documentation
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with community standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in property management, leasing, or real estate preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
