Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician on the production floor of a plastic molding facility. You will perform preventive maintenance and handle machine breakdowns, installations, and changeovers. Work with extrusion lines and manage pneumatic and hydraulic systems, while utilizing your skills with PLCs.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks on production machinery.
- Install and set up machines for different products.
- Work on extrusion lines, handling pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Assist in setting up production lines and managing changeovers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
Essential Skills
- Industrial maintenance experience.
- Electrical skills, including working with 3-phase motors, 240-480V systems, and relays.
- Mechanical skills, including expertise with pumps, motors, belts, and pulleys.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in plastics, particularly in injection or extrusion molding, is preferred.

Work Environment
This is a long-term position on the 3rd shift, from 10pm to 6am, with some Saturday work required. The environment is warm due to the plastic molding operations, and you'll be working near hot machines. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a work shirt. Employees receive a 30-minute paid lunch.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
