CNC Machinery, Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Systems
Position Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machinery and other production equipment. This position also provides technical support to production lines to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operations. An active Texas Electrical Apprentice License is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machinery and other production equipment.
• Install, connect, and commission machinery and workstations.
• Provide technical support to production lines and respond promptly to equipment failures.
• Adjust, modify, and relocate machinery based on production needs.
• Assemble tables and workstations, including any required electrical connections.
• Test equipment following installation or repair to verify proper and safe operation.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements for hazardous energy control.
Knowledge and Skills
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery and CNC equipment.
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and production continuity.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
