Providence Place Senior Living at Collegeville is seeking a dependable, customer service-oriented Maintenance Associate / Driver to join our team. This position combines building maintenance responsibilities with resident transportation services, providing a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors every day.
Working closely with the Maintenance Director, you will help keep our community in excellent condition while also safely transporting residents to appointments and scheduled outings. A typical day may include painting an apartment, completing maintenance work orders, assisting with preventive maintenance, helping residents move into the community, and driving residents to and from appointments.

Schedule: Full-Time, primarily Monday through Friday Hours generally between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with flexibility as needed for resident transportation schedules.
Responsibilities
- Complete routine maintenance and repair work throughout the community
- Paint resident apartments and common areas as needed
- Assist with preventive maintenance programs
- Respond to and complete maintenance work orders promptly
- Help prepare apartments for new resident move-ins
- Safely transport residents to physician appointments, shopping trips, and community outings
- Coordinate pick-up and drop-off times to ensure timely service
- Maintain community vehicles in a clean, safe, and well-maintained condition
- Provide courteous, respectful, and professional service to residents and team members
- Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations within the past five years
- Good painting skills
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Familiarity with local roads and the surrounding service area
- CPR certification preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull maintenance equipment and supplies as needed
