Maintenance Director (Monday-Friday)
Join the team at SNF CLINIC, 156-bed facility located in the heart of Cincinnati, Ohio, as we seek a talented and dedicated Maintenance Director to ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of our facility.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Director, you will play a vital role in managing the maintenance team, performing routine preventive maintenance, and maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Your duties will include assisting with projects, repairs, and audits, as well as repairing or replacing defective equipment parts, and assembling, installing, or repairing wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, and plumbing.
Responsibilities
• Assist with projects, repairs, or audits as needed
• Maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines continue to run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently
• Fill in when the maintenance director is on vacation or out of the building
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools
• Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, and plumbing
• Perform a variety of routine physical labor tasks, including posting general notices, pulling weeds, picking up litter, and moving furniture
Qualifications
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment, including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and painting
• Experience with service heating and cooling units/systems
• Strong general maintenance skills
