⏰ Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
BG Staffing is currently seeking a Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-maintained apartment community in Richmond, VA.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartment homes and community amenities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Prepare vacant units for move-in (turns)
- Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property
- Work closely with property management and vendors as needed
Qualifications
- EPA Certification required
- Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
