What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help maximize equipment uptime by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and completing equipment repairs.
Responsibilities Include:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment

Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems

Calibrate and adjust machine tools and production equipment
-
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical documents
-
Modify machinery for specialized production requirements
-
Perform minor building maintenance, including electrical and plumbing repairs
-
Maintain spare parts inventory and technical documentation
-
Follow all safety procedures and support 5S workplace organization
-
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
All required tools are provided.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience
-
Experience using:
-
Torque wrenches
-
Hand and power tools
-
Impact tools
-
Precision measuring tools
-
Electrical diagnostic equipment (multimeters)
-
-
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
-
Willingness to complete training in:
-
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
-
Mobile equipment operation
-
Confined space safety
-
High-voltage safety
-
-
Ability to pass a mobile equipment certification test
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

Ability to read:
-
Blueprints
-
Hydraulic schematics
-
Electrical diagrams
-
-
Experience working with:
-
Industrial furnaces
-
Induction equipment
-
HVAC systems
-
-
Basic welding and cutting torch experience
