Compassionate ABA, Collaborative Culture — Where Clinicians and Clients Thrive
Are you a BCBA who’s passionate about ethical, child-centered care and looking for a workplace that feels good to work in? At PACE’s Faces ABA Program, we believe outstanding care begins with taking care of our team—and we’ve built a workplace that reflects that. With small caseloads, low turnover, and a supportive, highly collaborative team, this is a place where your voice is heard, your values are respected, and your clinical excellence is empowered. As a non-profit clinic-based ABA program serving early intervention and school-age clients, we are committed to assent-based learning, trauma-informed and trauma-assumed care, and naturalistic environment teaching (NET). If you’re looking for meaningful work with a balanced lifestyle, we’d love to meet you.
What Makes Us Different:
- Small Caseloads, Big Impact: 90–100 billable hours/month with time built in for planning, collaboration, and reflection.
- Clinic-Based Model: Say goodbye to extensive travel—services are primarily delivered onsite in a thoughtfully designed, child-friendly environment.
- Warm, Team-Based Culture: We support each other, celebrate wins, and collaborate often. Staff morale is high and turnover is low.
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedules with part-time and full-time availability, Monday–Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM.
- Mission-Driven Non-Profit: We’re here to serve—not sell. Our focus is always on client progress and staff sustainability.
Clinical Approach - We are committed to care that is:
- Assent-Based – prioritizing client autonomy, engagement, and joy in learning
- Trauma-Informed/Assumed – centering safety, connection, and respect in every interaction
- Naturalistic – embedding learning into meaningful routines and play-based contexts
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct and indirect ABA services in a clinic setting (with occasional home generalization).
- Supervise RBTs with hands-on mentorship and modeling of ethical, naturalistic practices.
- Design and oversee assessments, behavior plans, and treatment goals using tools such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and EFL.
Lead team meetings, consult with families, and collaborate with other BCBAs on-site.
Maintain accurate documentation through CentralReach and support insurance needs.
