Shifts: 2nd / 3rd

Compensation: $32–$35 per hour

Core responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment with a focus on conveyors and automation hardware.
• Work confidently around Allen‑Bradley PLCs, VFDs, and Fanuc robots to identify faults and restore operation.
• Perform mechanical service on gearboxes, motors, and belt drives.
• Conduct proactive, in-process PMs to sustain longer run times and meet production quotas.
• Handle outdoor assignments at height—approximately 25%—on conveyors, motors, and hoppers feeding the mill.

Environment & conditions

• Setting resembles an industrial barn: well ventilated, fairly clean, but mostly dusty due to dry food production.
• No oil or liquids on the ground; operation follows FDA cleanliness standards.

What you bring

• Industrial troubleshooting know-how across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with conveyors, automation equipment, AB PLC environments, VFDs, and Fanuc robots.
• Comfort working outdoors and at heights with proper safety practices.
