Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role will oversee a skilled maintenance team, ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, performance management, and accountability.
- Oversee electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with Production, Engineering, and other departments to support plant performance.
- Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, tools, vendors, and equipment upgrades.
- Support new equipment launches, including design reviews and equipment run-off.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, EHS, and company requirements.

Qualifications
\n

- 7–10 years of maintenance/engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- 5–9 years of automotive industry experience.
- 4–5+ years of direct people-management experience, with demonstrated success leading and developing a team.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, delegation, and accountability skills.
- Ability to use data and process controls to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
- Strong professionalism and business acumen.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- Ability to work extended hours/overtime and travel to customer or other company sites as needed.
- Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment, including climbing, lifting, and confined spaces.
