Job Description We are currently seeking experienced Businesses and Cleaning Contractors to provide Make-Ready Cleaning Services for multi-residential buildings located in Atlanta and nearby areas.

Scope of Work:
Contractors may be assigned make-ready cleaning services for multi-residential properties, including but not limited to:
- Perform move-in / move-out cleaning of vacant residential apartment units prior to new tenant occupancy.
- Deep clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, dens, and balconies.
- Clean interior and exterior surfaces of appliances, cupboards, countertops, sinks, and fixtures.
- Clean interior windows and window tracks as needed.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces, including door handles, switches, railings, and bathroom fixtures.
- Remove garbage, recycling, and debris from assigned units.
- Clean leasing offices and model suites on a scheduled or as-needed basis.
- Upload service-related photos and complete check-in / check-out procedures using the iRestify mobile application daily.
- Report any damages, safety concerns, or maintenance issues observed during service immediately to management.
Contractors are expected to complete services professionally, safely, and according to iRestify quality standards.
Must-Haves to Be Considered:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in residential turnover cleaning, housekeeping, Airbnb, hotel, office, or commercial cleaning
- Be a registered business
- Maintain valid general liability insurance coverage
- Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver's license
- Be willing to travel to different service locations
- Have a smartphone with internet access (iOS 14+ or Android 7+)
- Provide their own cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies necessary to complete the services
- Be able to work independently and maintain high-quality standards
- Be reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and punctual
- Be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Consent to a criminal background check in accordance with applicable laws
- Be reliable, professional, and be on time with strong attention to detail.
Compensation
Varies depending on the size and condition of the unit, as well as the scope of work required.
General service opportunities typically range from $90-$150 per completed service.
How the contract will be assigned
- Approved contractors may be contacted by the iRestify Operations Team when service opportunities become available
- A contract will be assigned to you
How will you get paid
- Perform service(s) as booked on a Mon-Sun cycle
- The following mid-week, you will be sent an invoice draft for you to confirm
- Payment will be made by direct deposit next week following approval.
