<p>Multi-site Maintenance Technician needed to assist the maintenance staff in a wide variety of assignments at several local apartment communities. You'll "float" between locations as needed.</p>
<p>Responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs</li>
<li>Respond to work orders</li>
<li>Prepare vacant suites for presentations and move-ins</li>
<li>Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p>Experience in residential maintenance strongly preferred. You should have basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills with a strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy hands-on assignments and possess solid service skills. Teamwork, troubleshooting and customer service skills required.</p>
