Apartment Maintenance Technician – Portland, OR
Pay: Up to $24/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Career Strategies is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a full-time position in Portland, OR. We are looking for a reliable, skilled technician who can handle day-to-day maintenance and unit turns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner
- Perform unit turns and make-ready duties
- Painting, drywall repair, and basic carpentry
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Ensure overall property upkeep and cleanliness
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation required
- Own tools preferred
- Driver's License is REQUIRED
