Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an experienced Leasing Consultant for an IMMEDIATE START in Atlanta, GA!
 IMMEDIATE START — EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant / Leasing Agent / Apartment Leasing Specialist with strong customer service and leasing skills. Affordable housing experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct apartment tours and lease-up activities</li>
<li>Respond to prospective residents and follow up on leads</li>
<li>Process rental applications and leasing paperwork</li>
<li>Prepare leases and maintain accurate resident files</li>
<li>Assist with resident questions and account inquiries</li>
<li>Support daily apartment community operations</li>
<li>Maintain occupancy and provide excellent customer service</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous apartment / multifamily leasing experience REQUIRED</li>
<li>Must be available to start ASAP</li>
<li>Affordable housing experience preferred</li>
<li>LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, or recertification experience is a plus</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Professional, organized, and dependable</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced leasing office</li>
