Sunbelt Staffing is excited to partner with a welcoming school district in Salinas, California to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 20252026 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team of professionals.
About the Position
In this role, you will provide direct therapy, evaluations, and case management for a diverse caseload of PreK through 8th grade students. The caseload primarily includes students with mild to moderate speech and language needs, and you will have access to resources, mentorship, and teamwork to support your success.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping students reach their communication goals, enjoys working in a school-based setting, and brings strong interpersonal and organizational skills to the team.
