Mobile Home Park Looking for Full-Time Maintenance
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain a mobile home community in Bellevue, Nebraska. This is a full-time position for someone who is comfortable handling a variety of general maintenance and repair work and takes pride in keeping a property clean, safe, and well maintained.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the community
- Handle plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and other routine repairs
- Maintain common areas, grounds, roads, and community facilities
- Complete repairs and maintenance on vacant and occupied homes as needed
- Assist with preparing homes and lots for new residents
- Respond to maintenance requests and help resolve issues promptly
- Perform seasonal maintenance, including snow removal and grounds upkeep
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
- Identify maintenance or safety concerns and report larger issues to management
Qualifications
- General maintenance or handyman experience required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and property repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage daily maintenance priorities
- Dependable, responsible, and able to communicate well with residents and management
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, working outdoors, and operating machinery and equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00 per hour
- Full-time position
- Two weeks paid time off (PTO)
- Possible on-site housing
