Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician

  • Openings: Multiple positions available

  • Employment Type: Direct Hire or Temp-to-Perm

  • Contract Pay Rate: $25–$35 per hour

  • Direct Hire Salary: $50,000–$70,000 annually

  • Overtime: Paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate

  • Schedule: All shifts available

  • Work Location: 100% Onsite

  • Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. These positions are responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and specialized machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and special-purpose machinery.

  • Develop and execute maintenance procedures to support equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical supply lines, circuits, and associated components.

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic control systems.

  • Install, maintain, and repair piping and tubing systems.

  • Diagnose and repair pneumatic controls and systems.

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems.

  • Identify equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs to minimize production downtime.

  • Follow established safety procedures and maintenance best practices.

  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a related technical field preferred.

  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment.

  • Familiarity with electrical circuits and electronic control systems.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.

  • Commitment to workplace safety and equipment reliability.

Additional Information

Multiple positions are available across all shifts. Both direct-hire and temp-to-perm employment options are available, with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
