Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm
MUST BE BILINGUAL
As an Onsite Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to help our clients by providing them with high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
· Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
· On-board and train new employees
· Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in recruiting preferred but not required
· Flexible schedule required
· Must be able to work overtime and some weekends as business demands fluctuate
· Strong organizational skills
· Must have experience as an HR assistant/generalist background
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Bilingual in English and Spanish required
