Now hiring experienced grounds keeper. Must have valid drivers license. Must be comfortable around machinery.
Duties include : General grounds keeping on multiple properties, Air BnB ect. Should be one that loves the outdoors, works to beautify and maintain a property with vast woodlands, ponds, ect. Includes Seasonal cleanup, snow removal, gardening, irrigation, lawn maintenance, manual labor, potential occasional event staff work.
Pay commensurate with experience.
Candidate should be able to work alone or with others, self starter and able to work outdoors in inclement weather if needed.
