Pay: $20.00–$35.00/hour + OT + Shift Differentials

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals.

Maintain logs, repair records, and service documentation.

Respond quickly to machine breakdowns and collaborate with production teams.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
-
2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial, manufacturing, or production setting.

Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with tools, machinery, PLCs, motors, pumps, conveyors, etc..

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

Solid work ethic and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Flexibility to work various shifts and handle emergency repairs as needed.
