Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work

Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment, appliances, and systems

Respond to resident concerns and address any maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:

2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
