This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, or general handyman work.

Job Responsibilities
- Complete apartment turnovers and prepare units for new residents
- Perform repairs involving drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues throughout residential properties
- Respond to resident service requests in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds
- Maintain safe, clean, and well-functioning apartment communities
- Collaborate with fellow maintenance team members to ensure quality service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or a related field
- Experience utilizing hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties throughout the day
- Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Travel: Local travel between apartment communities required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
