The Facility Maintenance Worker plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of building facilities. Working within a small team, this role reports directly to the Facility Manager and is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to keep the facility in optimal condition.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failures and minimize downtime
- Carry out plumbing repairs and installations as needed
- Maintain and service HVAC systems for efficient operation
- Manage groundskeeping duties to maintain the appearance and safety of the premises
