Career Strategies is hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in the Flagstaff, AZ area.
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Assistant with experience in painting, drywall repair, patchwork, grounds maintenance, and general property upkeep. This role focuses primarily on community appearance and miscellaneous maintenance projects rather than apartment turns or Electrical/plumbing work.
Scheudule/Hours: Monday through Friday from 8AM - 5PM
Excellent customer service experience required and must have at least 1 year apartment maintenance experience. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
