Job Description

The Maintenance Service Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of industrial machinery. Working as part of a small team, the technician conducts repairs, preventive maintenance, and thorough inspections to maintain heavy equipment and machinery. This role demands mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with equipment such as forklifts, loaders, bobcats, and telehandlers to sustain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Perform equipment repairs and replace worn or damaged parts
Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failures
Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues on industrial machinery
Inspect heavy machinery for safety and performance criteria
Grease equipment and top off fluids regularly
Operate forklifts, loaders, bobcats, and telehandlers safely
Replace large tires on trucks and heavy equipment
Manage tools and maintain accurate maintenance reports

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance service roles
High School Diploma or equivalent education
Strong mechanical repair skills and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and customer service skills
